At Luminate Games, we are dedicated to creating interactive games that make STEM concepts fun and accessible for children, youth, and young adults. Our first game, ChemiCutes, allows players to explore islands and engage with playful characters representing elements from the periodic table. Our goal is to inspire curiosity and a love for science through innovative gaming experiences.

Luminate Games is a social enterprise spin-off of BrainSTEM Alliance, an organization dedicated to closing the STEM opportunity gap and inspiring the next generation of scientists, engineers, and innovators.
We were founded by Dr. D'Andre Wilson-Ihejirika, a chemical engineer with a PhD in engineering education. With a deep understanding of how young people learn real-world skills, Dr. Wilson-Ihejirika built Luminate Games to tackle the problem head-on: what if learning STEM felt less like a lesson and more like a hands-on adventure?
That question is at the heart of everything we build.

Why Chemistry? Chemistry is fundamental to solving some of our biggest global challenges. From climate change to food security to health systems, knowledge of chemistry is critical to innovations that will impact our future.
GeoQuest
Subject: Geology, Rocks & Minerals
Journey through the layers of the Earth on an epic geological expedition. Players uncover the mysteries of rocks, minerals, and the forces that shape our planet. GeoQuest brings Earth science to life through exploration, discovery, and real-world connections

Why Geology? Our daily lives run on critical minerals mined from below the earth's surface. Our smart phones, computer chips, solar panels and the batteries for our electric vehicles all need 'rocks and minerals'.
AstroCraft
Subject: Intro to Astrophysics and Space Technology
Blast off into the cosmos and build your own spacecraft. AstroCraft introduces players to the fundamentals of astrophysics, satellite design, and the science of space travel — while exploring the real environmental and ethical responsibilities that come with it. For dreamers who look up and wonder what's out there.
